Responsibilities:


Plans and coordinates efforts of the Business Operations Support (BOS) group. The BOS group leader is responsible for prioritizing and providing focus for the

Tulsa based group’s resources providing global support in the areas of preparing tender responses, contract management and related support, commercial pricing support, and business analysis and modeling support. The position provides liaison between the group, Centrilift regional personnel, the Centrilift Manager of Market Analysis, and other headquarters marketing groups. Responsibility include the timeliness, accuracy and relevancy of the support provided to the regions which may be for internal use only or used directly with the customer. The BOS leader ensures sharing of global best practices within Centrilift as well as interjects new ideas and concepts in the areas of Tender responses, commercial pricing, contract management and support, and business analysis and modeling.







Skill Requirements:


Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Strong analytical skills. Thorough understanding of commercial pricing analysis, profit & loss and business and financial fundamentals. Good understanding of the technical aspects of artificial lift and ESP’s in particular.








Education/Experience:


Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. 10+ years oil industry related experience. Regional P&L tender / contract management responsibilities preferred.
